Psychologist supervision that supports growth and learning.

Supervision

Clinical Supervision for Psychologists

I still remember the first time I received high quality supervision. I felt supported, safe, and finally able to ask the “silly” questions I’d been too afraid to ask. The mask I’d been wearing dissolved, and I could talk about the things I actually wanted to talk about. My supervisor was genuinely interested in my growth, and I grew more in those sessions than I had in a long time. That experience shaped how I supervise.

Why safety matters in supervision

Our profession can make us feel like we have to be polished and composed at all times. But real growth comes from authenticity and vulnerability. This isn’t just my experience: research shows that supervisees need to feel safe in the supervisory relationship for learning and development to occur.

My supervision style

Warm, approachable, and authentic. My aim is a relationship where you can be honest and open about your practice, including the uncertainty, the mistakes, and the things you’re not sure you should be asking.

My experience

Board-Approved Supervisor: I am a PsyBA Board-Approved Supervisor

Aboriginal and remote community practice: 4+ years of experience working with Aboriginal communities, including remote communities, and delivering culturally responsive group programs with a Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) framework

Therapeutic modalities: Advanced training in Schema Therapy and EMDR, plus training in ACT and CBT, so I can support you across a range of presentations and approaches.

Place-based understanding: I’m based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, Northern Territory, and have previously worked in other regional locations - giving me an understanding of the realities of remote and regional practice.

Who I supervise

Psychologists working in or moving into Aboriginal community controlled health, remote, and regional settings, whether you’re early in your career or experienced and looking for a safe space to reflect. I also supervise provisional psychologists. At this time, I do not provide principal supervision for clinical registrar programs. I also supervise professionals in other professions (social work, counselling, community development etc)

Pricing

Supervision sessions are charged at $235 per 50-minute session.
